The location near Lake Kinneret is fantastic. the view from my balcony was breathtaking. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a diverse selection, including delicious breakfast lasagna. Wi-Fi worked well in my clean room. However, the hotel’s public areas need better cleaning. Some staff seemed disengaged, making it harder to get assistance during busy times. The pool's hours were inconsistent. I had to ask for it to open. Despite these issues, the overall price for my stay was very reasonable.

The view of the Sea of Galilee was beautiful, but the pool opening was a hassle.

missingWrote a review on 14 Novtired appearance
The hotel appeared well-used and had a tired look overall, particularly with visible cracks on the walls and signs of water damage in some bathrooms. Notably, the pool's inconsistent hours were frustrating, requiring guests to ask for it to be opened, along with a lack of nearby attractions which forced an early departure. Additionally, noise from the dining area waterfall and the room's refrigerator detracted from the overall comfort during the stay.
